Do you like pasta because it’s easy? Kelp noodles are the greatest thing ever! Not only because they’re raw and gluten-free, but because all you do is take them out of the package and rinse and they’re ready. Awesome. Use them as a base for noodle bowls. We had a kelp noodles, collard greens, and Angelica Kitchen roasted tofu and 1/2 a recipe of soba sauce on top.
All I did for the greens was to rinse about a 1/3 of a bag of frozen chopped collards in a collander with hot water, squeeze, and toss it in. Usually I’ll steam up some fresh greens, but in this case I’m trying to use up the last of our food before we move. Basically, this place needs to be completely by Sunday evening! Eep!
