Thomas decided he was going to cook us up some Gardein Chik’ns today for lunch and jumped into action when I got home a little while ago.

He cooked the cutlets in a greased skillet over medium for about 4 minutes on each side and tossed in some frozen veggies at the end. A very nice, quick, tasty hot meal in no time at all! : )
